Q: Does Prodactix operate globaly?

A: Yes, Prodactix operates globally. That said, our current team resides in Israel.

In our (rich) experience, Product Management services can be provided remotely. However, if you feel you'd rather get someone on site, this is certainly negotiable.

Q.: Do you provide services remotely or on-site?

A: Our preference is to work in a hybrid manner. However, in some cases it may not be possible so, all options are on the table and negotiable.

Q.: Can we outsource an entire R&D project / App creation to Prodactix?

A: Yes, you can. However, you should know that our main value proposition is in Product Management services. Our way to handle extra responsibility is to subcontract others. We partner with a few companies, each specializing in their own field: R&D, DevOps, QA, UX, Marketing, Patenting, and more.

Q.: What engagement & payment options are available?

A. We have an hourly rate and a daily rate. This allows us to offer a variety of flexible engagement options, depending on the service you require. On rare occasions, we may also avail a prepaid account option. In our line of business, the "definition of done" is hard to come by. Hence, our fees are based on time & effort spent rather than on project "completion".

Q: How can I join Prodactix? 

A: To become one of us, you’d need to be a seasoned Product Manager or Product Owner in the areas of expertise that interest us and our customers.
